DUSK/NIGHT/DAWN is an experimental aerial pole dance explosion performed by NYC collective VERTICAL DREAMSCAPE, featuring US Pole Art Champion Donna Carnow and interdisciplinary artist Gina Alm. DUSK/NIGHT/DAWN follows a pole-dancer through a night of work as her craft and identity dissolve into a montage of cinematic and sensual, dark yet dazzling dream worlds. This high-octane, durational work pushes the performers’ bodies and minds to the limit, producing a powerful, visceral and transcendent product that feels vibrant, textured, unpredictable, and of an alien world.

Director (2026): Andy Bewley

Andy directs and produces live entertainment across a number of different mediums for both the commercial and community sectors. He has worked at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, Vienna State Opera, York Theatre Royal, Tobacco Factory Theatre, and the National Theatre Studio, among others. He was previously Associate Director at Sands Films Studio and the Union Theatre, as well as founding the new-writing venue, Kemble House. He is a Stage One Bursary recipient and is currently on their Broadway Producing Scheme.

Having been invited to see DUSK/NIGHT/DAWN at the EdFringe last year, Andy was struck by the sheer skill on show, and more so by the many different ways it surprises and entertains. It's rare to see a one-skill circus-theatre show with only two performers achieve so much, so impressively, and with such emotion. Andy is excited to join the team this year as director and co-producer.

Sound Design: John Challis

J Challis is a British multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and composer currently based in New York. With over 20 years of experience, he is known for his experimental approach to manipulating sound, blending live instrumentation with modern production to create polished, cinematic music across a range of genres.
